While for some this book, with a star shining brighter, could think this book is leading to the Christmas story.....it is. But it's more subtle than that. The bear calls everyone, from all around, from all walks of life, to come together for peace.

Isn't that what the Christmas story is really and truly all about? Jesus Christ. The prince of peace. (

This book looks and feels like a Christmas book, but is actually so much more. Christmas is never mentioned, neither is religion. Just a tree. Bear looks for the best tree and then calls one and all. And all come to gather at the tree. The tree is peace. This book has so much heart and so much feeling. It could be used at time, not just around the holidays. (
