This book was packed full of information about food webs, how they work, and how they help us as humans. It is definitely a dense read considering it is only 29 pages. It goes into detail about what a food chain is, photosynthesis, herbivores, carnivores, omnivores, decomposers, different types of food webs, and even a food web game at the end. I thought this book was full of stunning images that help the reader picture exactly what the book is talking about. Although it did not keep me wanting to read more, I do still think this is a great book to read if we are trying to gain information and knowledge about food chains and webs and how they work. ( ) This book serves as an introduction to food chains and food webs. It provides many examples of food chains in different ecosystems, describing both herbivores and carnivores. I will use this book during our "living things" unit in science. I will read this book with groups 3 and 6 during centers in reading class. Then in science class the two groups will discuss the book and create a poster to present to the class. sin reseñas | añadir una reseña
