I love St Mary's and I keep coming back for more. ( ) In a stream of consciousness from the author; characters from the past, present, and future stream onto the scene. And why not, the author is Jodi Taylor and the scene is St Mary's. Buckle on your pod, you are in for several wild rides. From London in the 15th century to Crete in the Bronze Age with the occasional stop at St Mary's to recoup, recover, and reload this edition just sails right along. Please keep on trucking, Jodi. Plan For the Worst - Jodi Taylor Audio performance by Zara Ramm 3 stars This one seemed to have more than the usual rapid fire sequence of events. "You know what they say - hope for the best, but plan for the worst. Max is quite accustomed to everything going wrong. She's St Mary's, after all. Disaster is her default state. But with her family reunited and a jump to Bronze Age Crete in the works, life is getting back to normal. Well, normal for St Mary's. And then, following one fateful night at the Tower of London, everything Max thought she knew comes crashing down around her. Too late for plans. The worst has happened. And who can Max trust now?"--Publisher. No se han encontrado descripciones de biblioteca. |
