~ Death of an Air Salesman by Rich Larson - 4.5*
It was glimpse into a futuristic world. One where we are wearing gas masks to filter the air. We keep our head down and go about meeting the most simplest of needs. A man wearing a red scarf catches our MC's attention. She goes about attempting to make a connection. She is unfamiliar with laughing and connecting.
I liked the story. The world was easily imagined without the author spending a lot of time explaining it. It was unique. It left me a bit day-dreamy picturing it all after I was done reading.
P.S. I have no idea what the title means. I remember reading the story/play in primary school but I can't remember enough to see a connection. Also no one dies. I'll have to re-read, maybe I am being too literal. There definitely was an Air Salesman :D.
