This is a great book full of different fables for children. At the end of each fable, there is a part that tells what the moral of the story is. I think children would love this book with all of the different stories in it. It is also great that the moral is listed at the end. In a classroom, it would be a good idea to ask the students to tell what they thought the moral of the story was before disclosing it. Or, you can also read the moral first then ask students what they thing the fable will be about. This is a great teaching tool. ( )

Funny. I think my 14 year old son laughed harder than I did. It's nonsense, after all - and I'm a bit too old and cranky to be free to appreciate the truly silly. ( )
