Impulse grab from the library. Another tall tale of a farm so hot the corn pops while still on the stalk and looks enough like snow to fool the family dog. Quite cute if you're not bored of this concept, as there are other things happening, too, including a smart girl. What I'd really like though is an urban or even suburban tall tale. ( )
