Going undercover, she sets out to prove that her taskforce's number one suspect, crime boss, Kace Quick is guilty as sin. Except the more she learns, the less certain she becomes of Kace's guilt. Kace Quick isn't surprised to find he's the prime suspect in the New Orleans Strangler case. But he is surprised by the positively green FBI agent sent to take him down. Playing along seems like a good idea to mess with the Feds - until he finds himself falling dangerously hard for Bree and his enemies lock onto his weak spot. I enjoyed this. It's your typical romantic suspense and everything you'd expect of a Cynthia Eden novel. There's some plot, some humour, a pinch of danger and a big dose of steaminess with likeable characters and an interesting mystery. There's nothing particularly unique about the characters or the plot but it's a solid read if you're fond of the genre. That said, I was rather fond of the twists. sin reseñas | añadir una reseña
