Good reminders but not a substantial read. It is a small size... almost gift size book. Not my favorite trend lately ( ) I was disappointed in this book. It read more like a gathering of her Try This At Home tips from her podcast. I expected more. She offered some decent tips, and if you've not listened to the podcast or read some of Gretchen Rubin's other writing, this could give you some ideas on where to start. But it's really only where to start. sin reseñas | añadir una reseña
