Johnson's excellent bibliography of these publications is organized by the many authors' pseudonyms. The various appendixes and indexes direct the user to the main checklist from a variety of access points including illustrator, publication date, series name, and series publisher. There appears to be no important information about this material which the editor has failed to compile or discuss in one way or another.
