Along the lines of Chi Sweet Home and Flying Witch, it's more low-key rambling exploration through characters, than any epic story, but it is well done. Very endearingly awkward, introduces characters at a good pace, keeps my interest. The premise is light, but enough, with just a touch of melancholy that makes the story well-rounded. Art is straight-forward and clean. If you're looking for something to cleanse your palate, this is a perfect choice. The heavy linework of the art and recalcitrant personality of the main character made me pick this up at the library despite my initial reservations about starting yet another teen paranormal romance. And I was right about all three things: I enjoyed the art; I liked the main character; and all the rest was super generic tropes as the socially isolated teen heroine comes under the sway of an inappropriately old supernatural being and starts expanding her circle of friends. I could see other readers getting more mileage out of this than I do. sin reseñas | añadir una reseña

This could become something more intriguing down the road, but as of right now there's no hook to keep me going with it. ( )
