In my opinion this is a good book because in this book the rabbit is the student and the donkey is the teacher. The rabbit has difficulty focusing on the lesson and is distracted by all there is to learn and do in their field. Eventually the curious nature of the rabbit becomes contagious for the donkey and he too investigates and sees the world from a different perspective. The big idea of this story is that we as teachers learn from our students too. I also like the illustrations in this book because they are colorful and playful which match what is happening in the story. ( ) In this book the rabbit is the student and the donkey is the teacher. The title of this book drew me to pick it off the shelf and read it becasue it was a type of question myself and many young children ask. Donkey is old and wise and claims he knows everything there is to know. After promising to teach rabbit all he knows rabbit gets a little destracted and bounces and hops from one question to the next. In the end rabbit actually teaches donkey something new. I like the title of this book; it is a question that is often asked by young children. Even though it doesn’t answer that question, this book still teaches the reader something. I look at is as Donkey is older and wiser, and Rabbit is younger and curious. Donkey may think he knows everything but rabbit is able to teach him something new. I believe that as a teacher you will teach your students all that you can but your students can also teach you a thing or two. sin reseñas | añadir una reseña
Although he wants to learn all that wise old Donkey knows, Rabbit cannot sit still to listen to the answers to his questions, but in the end he teaches Donkey some new things. No se han encontrado descripciones de biblioteca. |
