I got nothing from this book. I've listened to it for 36 minutes and it was boring. I don't know if it was the co-author or narrator or me.

I like many of Patterson's books but he just put out too many books (with co-writers) and some are just blah. ( )

2 light stories in one book. The first, Tell Me Your Best Story, is about a woman who loses nearly everything, and embarks on a cross country trip to reconnect with old friends and find her purpose. The second, Write Me A Life, is about a brilliant software developer who has not had a life outside of work. He hires a writer to create a life for himself. In living this life, he makes a difference in the lives of a small town, while finding himself. Light, easy read. ( )

I am a huge fan of James Patterson love/romance books. I do not know how I missed Two From The Heart, but when I saw the relaunch for the new paperback, I knew I needed it. He does such a great job with romance, and surprisingly, I have never read any of his thrillers.

This was not my favorite of his romance stories. Actually, I had no clue this was actually two short stories in one book. I was not expecting that. The first story started off with so much potential, but then lost that initial “this is great” factor. I found it moving very slow in the middle of the story. The second story I also just could not really get into.

Overall, this was not what I was expecting at all and was a little disappointed in the end. ( )
