I used to love these books when I was younger and that's what inspired me to read them again as an adult. I think they're still great romances for teen girls but they all basically follow the same plot line so if you've read one, you can figure out what'll happen in the rest. Basically, a spunky heroine goes off on some adventure at any moment in history and finds romance (usually involving two boys) along the way. "Sabrina" is no different, this time taking place in colonial America during the Revolutionary War. Sabrina is a staunch Patriot who just happens to be in love with a Tory. When her uncle becomes ill, she must take over his place in a rebel spy ring. Her dilemma comes when she must chose between her Tory boyfriend or the young Patriot whom she finds herself unexpectedly attracted to. Overall, this was a fun but fairly unoriginal historical romance. Some historical inaccuracies are to be expected for the sake of storytelling, especially concerning the social customs of the time. But good for teens who just want a fun read while learning a few facts about the different time periods in which each Sunfire novel is set. ( ) sin reseñas | añadir una reseña
