Gives a fun informative way to learn how to count, and helps children of young age advance further than they are probably use too! ( ) "1 2 3 Pop!" contains bright, pop-art pictures for readers ages 3-8 to count. Many of the objects chosen are fun: pancakes, superheroes, jellybeans, but some of them (especially the higher numbers) are a little difficult to count. The book counts one through 20 and then jumps to 100, 500, 1,000, and one million. Overall, a fun counting books for intermediate to advanced readers. I recently saw a hallway filled with children's artwork: on newsprint comics, students picked an onomatopoeic word and painted it in a pop art style. This book would be a great companion to this lesson, showing lots of examples of onomatopoeia in a familiar context that just makes sense. It would also give students ideas of how to draw and color their chosen word. sin reseñas | añadir una reseña
