The Kingsbriers are a set of quintuplets who the reader meets as they are about to graduate. They come from a good family, and from money, but their inheritance will be kept in trust for a few years so they can learn to get out into the world and support themselves. While we meet all of them, and start to get to know them, this first novel in the series focuses on Eric and his girlfriend Ginny. They have their whole lives planned out for them...until those plans get thrown off track by a surprise pregnancy and the couple needs to work through a tough time in their relationship and figure out new plans for their lives. My favorite thing about Jody's novels has to be the characters...you really feel like you get to know them and want to know more of their lives, and you want the best for them. I loved reading about Eric and Ginny's story, and I can't wait to hear more about the other quints! sin reseñas | añadir una reseña
The Kingsbrier Quintuplets have lived a life of privilege. Now their daddy, Ross Cavanaugh, has cut them off until they turn twenty-five and he expects each of his children to find a path to success on their own. As the kids get ready to go in separate directions some are already stumbling. Ginny Adair never meant to set Eric Cavanaugh up to fail. The teenagers had plans for a life together after college. Then Eric finds out Ginny is pregnant and it turns everything upside down. He's losing his siblings and can't trust the girl he loves. Will the baby be a roadblock that tears Eric and Ginny apart or the stepping stone to a different life neither of them had imagined? Cunning Brier Cavanaugh has kept a secret for years but, when the truth comes out, will it destroy Brier or let her move on to live out her dreams? No se han encontrado descripciones de biblioteca. |
