If you are a fan of the Seventeen series, and have read [b:Greene's Calling|22008738|Greene's Calling (Seventeen, #3)|A.D. Starrling|https://d.gr-assets.com/books/1398354308s/22008738.jpg|41320855], you may have been curious about how Greene met his soul mate, Hartwell. Well this little short story answers that question and is the perfect story, at the perfect length, to pick up the next time you have to wait at the doctors office or DMV or anywhere you may have a half hour to kill. At only 38 pages, I don't want to say too much or worry about giving away spoilers, but we get a quick glimpse into a past event featuring Greene, Hartwell, Victor, and our favorite jokester, Anatole. This is a nice addition to the series offering us a small tidbit while we wait for the next installment to be released. I received an advanced copy of this short story in exchange for an honest review. 4 stars / 1 flame. sin reseñas | añadir una reseña

I quite liked this short story, accompanying book three of the Seventeen series, Greene's Calling. It focuses on Greene during the seventeenth century, but what I liked best about it is that it took place so close to where I live. For me that really added to the story, but this is personal of course.
It a nice little bit of background, in case you can't get enough of the series. ( )
