I really enjoyed this book. I loved seeing Liam's struggle from his point of view because so many people go through it, unfortunately most of them alone. Even though this is fiction, it is such an intimate portrait of Liam's struggle. It was almost like i could feel, his emotions coming through the page.

This was a brilliant book. It was written gorgeously, with a fantastic blend between raw, gritty fear and sensual passion.

This read started out with a morbid, but very realistic event. From this event we flow through all of the emotions with swift, unrelenting speed. As the characters try to deal with the aftermath of the event, they turn to each other for the support they need, the support of someone who has seen dark things, someone who had actually been through what they had. This led to so much more.

I loved our two main characters. They we developed exceptionally well. They had depth, emotion, passion and were good people. The author really built them throughout the read, giving me the opportunity to dive right in and be a part of their story.

The passion that was built up in this story was fantastic. It had a raw quality to it that really touched on points that a lot of people could connect with. They had problems with each other and and with what they had started, but they felt so strongly that they could not stay away. That tension, the feeling that they had to have each other, to be close.

Overall, this was a great book. I truly enjoyed the author's work and look forward to reading more.

** I received this book for free in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion. ( )
