Great stuff! ( ) As I have stated in my review of the other books in this series, the world will seem, at first, a little shallow. However, if the backstory that is tossed in rather subtly sinks into your mind, you will see how consistent and deep the story is. This is a world subject to the reign of a succession of Dark Gods each worse than the last. We are now seeing in this book the struggle between the characters and the last two Gods in the pantheaon of Dark Gods. In short, armeggedon is fast approaching. Garth, the lead character, is forced to decide between serving the final God, Death, or becoming the living focus of the second to the last God, Destruction. Being a magically created creature, he finds his position very hard to comprehend and deal with. A very good, if at times light seeming read. sin reseñas | añadir una reseña

The sword that Garth had stolen from Dusarra marked him as the chosen of Bheleu, god of destruction, and gave him immense power. This power could only be used to destroy, and Garth wanted to build. He chose to refuse the god's gift. Bheleu did not intend to allow that. No se han encontrado descripciones de biblioteca. |
