I don't like this. Every single member of the clan is the most messed up person ever. Doesn't exactly make for uplifting reading. Ever time I get tempted to go buy Fruits Basket, I just read the next volume and it depresses me and the desire to buy disappears. This was a great follow up to the huge revelations of the last volume. Although nothing quite as shocking occurred, I did enjoy the continued drama, particularly the scenes involving Haru and Rin. Haru has really grown on me and it was nice to see him have a bigger part. I absolutely adored Kureno in this volume too, it was nice to see that someone at the Sohma mansion has a bit of decency! I'm still rooting for him and Uotani. Additionally, this is the first volume where I've noticed the actual character appearances are older than they were at the beginning of the series. Many of the differences are very subtle, such as with Kyo and some are more obvious like with Kisa and Hiro. It makes for a nice and very vivid feeling of time passing. I can certainly see now why so many people feel compelled to go back and read this series a second time. Not only do I think the various characters would be easier to keep track of, considering the recent twist in the story I would imagine it would paint many of the characters' actions in a totally different light (Shigure!). sin reseñas | añadir una reseña

I just need more Kyo-Tohru interactions. I live for that stuff! ( )
