This poem book was cute. Each page had a full poem with the topic being a different bird for each page. I found this poem book interesting because most of the poems were narrative poems where they told stories about each type of bird. I was able to enjoy the poems while also learning more about birds. I learned a lot of information that I never knew. I think this would be a great poem book to use. You could integrate a poem lesson and a bird lesson into one lesson! ( )
