Nice read and I learned a lot about Denmark, but I'm left wondering how different the book would be if it were from the perspective of a POC. ( )

I loved reading this book. It is very informative, very personal, very humorous, and very well written. The writer revealed a great deal about how Danes live, what they value & believe, and what effects their lifestyle has. I am almost ready to move to Denmark. ( )

It was OK. Can I give it a 3-? I enjoyed learning about Danish culture and society (from the point of view of an interested outsider). A little uneven - dry at times. Slightly funny at times. It read like part memoir, a little self-help, and a little bit of pure research paper on Danish life. ( )
