Your credulity has been strained by the last three books, and this one isn't going to suddenly go easy on you. Best piece of schlock in this one: Serena, magically "discovered" as a supermodel while she buys her boyfriend a "Les Best" jacket, is shooting a perfume ad for Les Best when the boyfriend breaks up with her. The resulting single, perfect tear on her cheek becomes the ad, and the perfume is now dubbed "Serena's Tears." That moment only narrowly edged out the one where Serena wore her gray pleated school uniform skirt on the runway at Fashion Week. sin reseñas | añadir una reseña

HTML:The wickedly funny fourth book in the #1 New York Times bestselling series that inspired the original hit CW show and the new series coming to HBO Max's Spring 2020 launch season (alongside hit series such as Pretty Little Liars and Friends). Everyone who's anyone in New York City is suffering from post-college-application cabin fever, and it's time to run a little wild! Could it be that Serena is smitten with Blair's stepbrother, or will the Fashion Week parties pull her away from any attempt at true love? Dan and Vanessa are mad about each other and pursuing their creative dreams...but be careful of what you wish for. Nate hits an all-time low as Blair's Yale interview with a tall, handsome alum takes an unexpected turn, and Jenny makes a new friend who gets a little too close for comfort. And just who is going to get into college early acceptance? Wintertime has never been hotter in NYC as things steam up all over Fifth Avenue. No se han encontrado descripciones de biblioteca. |

I've never seen the television show, so this whole world is new to me. I have nothing to compare it too. But I think I am already going to like the books better. They just seem a little more stupid then what they would appear on screen.
I love New York and fashion, so that's probably a good reason to why I'm staying attached to the characters. I like reading about all the fancy duds they are wearing.
I do however want to punch Blair in the face. Does that make me a horrible person?
I recommend this as a quick read, an entertaining read. There's no substance or value in it, and you don't learn a lesson at the end. But hey, it's funny. ( )
