Having read and enjoyed The Mortal Instruments series, I was excited to read this short and get to see what happened after. I enjoyed getting to see some of the characters again and what was going on in their lives. I had a few moments where I wanted to slap a couple of the characters, wondering what they could have been thinking. Overall this was a very quick, short, fun read and I look forward to reading more of these. sin reseñas | añadir una reseña

But then at the same time the story is fine. George is a cool character. Idk how I feel about most of the other friends he made yet. But mostly I just don't know about Simon. Yes he lost his memory so it's expected for him to be different but I feel like some of the defining traits of his were changed and not because of his memory loss. It was like the traits tried to be there but had a hard time conveying it to the reader in a way that felt like Simons inner monologue should/did/could.
I have heard that the others are better and I have the next 4 downloaded so I'm definitely going to be giving these novellas a read. This one was good just a bit lackluster. ( )
