Probably one of the best strips to come out of 2000AD ever, this is a conglomeration of both ethe superhero genre mixed with Lovecraftian horro with a dash of Alternative Hisotry for good measure. Very engaging and great fun in this collected format, allowing much greater depth of enjoyment as one can pick up all the nuances of the story without having to wait a week until you get the next espisode. It's as good and as fresh as when it first appeared. Some of this may well appear to be a priori piece, but that adds to its quirky, very British, charm. Excellent.
