Though very focused on the american audience I do believe it covers many interesting aspects of how to introduce your child to finanse and money at different ages. Allowing them to handle money with humility, confidence and skill from an early age. ( )

Excellent money advice coming from a man who's made mistakes with multiple zeros and one of his grown daughters who was born when her parents filed bankruptcy. She knew what it was like to grow up in a family that was frugal when they had to be and even frugal when they didn't have to be.
Some of the advice for the college money was overwhelming to me, but I think that's because it's creeping up on the family.
pg. 171 The FAFSA form needs to be filled out by you and your high school student for updated information on scholarship, grants and other assistance your child may be eligible for. Be careful not to sign up for debt loans. (www.fafsa.ed.gov)
pg. 200 "Children deserve to be loved and to know they are loved. They deserve to be cherished and to know they are valuable. Unfortunately our culture has embraced toxic views that undermine that noble end and foolishly prefers to give self-esteem classes to kids who can't read rather than to simply teach them to read."
We need to raise kids with gratitude.
There's so much discontentment in the world. About a decade ago or so, there was a popular bumper sticker: the one with the most toys wins. No, they don't win, they just die with a lot of junk the family has to sell in order to pay off the remaining debt.
Very good book. ( )

Long awaited book on how to raise money smart kids. Well worth the wait and now there's no time to lose in reading and implementing many of these methods, some of which we use currently but many that we haven't. ( )
