Rule Breaker 3 Stars The good: We finally get some closure to baby Amber’s storyline, which has been dragging on for several books. There are some developments in Gideon’s story and the secret of Judd’s identity is also revealed although it is unclear whether this is important or not. The bad: Complicated sentence structure, which makes it difficult to follow the progression of events, excessive repetition of plot points and character traits, and a convoluted and confusing storyline, which means it’s virtually impossible to keep track of who’s who and what’s what. The ugly: The character names in this one are simply ridiculous. Lawe Justice and Rule Breaker were bad enough, but now we have Gypsy Rum, Kandy Sweet, Hansel and Greta …. seriously? All in all, its time for this series to come to an end. If I weren’t so interested in Cassie’s story, I would probably have called it quits already. ~ 3 Breaker Stars ~ Rule Breaker is book 29 in the Breeds series. I enjoyed Rule Breaker, but it did not stand out as the earlier books did when I started this series. Nothing new happens with the mating, it's the same scenario’s as all the other books just with different character names. The story lines are a little more complex and we finally get some answers. Gypsy was ok. She is fierce enough to try and spy, gather info and cover it up as a party girl. Rule has had my attention since he was introduced, well all the breeds have. Their is just something about Jonas’s men. Ms. Leigh did not disappoint in the sex. She can write a sex scene like no other! Their is some major heat in this one. The story had some other elements that fascinated me. The side characters for one. Dog, Dane, and Cassie we get to see different sides of them. My heart broke for Cassie and the life she has to lead. I can’t forget Gideon. We finally learn who he is, what he’s done. Rule Breaker was a good read in the Breed series. It helped close out some older chapters that have been around a little to long. I’ll probably keep reading, but won’t be dieing to bump up the next story on my every growing read pile. 2.5 The first thing you should do before reading this book is get your life jacket ready. There is a massive flood, flow, drip, soaking, sopping, seeping wetness going on. Gypsy, has to be wettest woman in the fictional world. After hearing her describe her leaking disorder for far too many pages I had to hear her bed mate talking about riding all that wetness over and over. I swear the book's pages started to curl from the moisture. Rule Breaker, the lion, honest and true, yeh right. Okay so Mr. Rule has a commitment phobia we get that he brings it up nearly every time he talks. So live it and shut it already I got it. He promises his virgin mate that he'll never push her, he believes no means no. Yes he said that, promised all heart felt and all. Then while his animal is "claiming" her he has to take her rear and not tell her what he plans. He starts probing around and she's begging, crying "no, NO ! please Rule no" so what does he do, tells her it's okay baby and he does it anyway beacuse his animal needs to arse claim her ! The rest of the book, meh. Cowardly Lion Finds mate, claims her sin reseñas | añadir una reseña

HTML:There’s a fine line between animal instinct and human desire—and in her “highly erotic saga” (Fresh Fiction), #1 New York Times bestselling author Lora Leigh crosses it. Now, in her new novel of the Breeds, the mating heat continues… Lion Breed and enforcer Rule Breaker has just a few rules he doesn’t break. Not for anything. Not for anyone—like never have sex with a woman outside his own breed, especially a human woman. Especially someone too helpless, too fun loving and too full of life to ever be able to protect herself, let alone help him to protect her. If the damned animal inside him insists on a mate, then why pick her? A woman who is an easy target and who can be used as a weapon against him at any time. But what he suspects is mating heat may not be that at all. Just his animal instincts rioting, pacing, irritated whenever he's away from her. Okay, he can handle that. What ensues is a fiery affair that breaks all the rules of mating heat and will eventually endanger his mate with the very rules designed to protect the Breeds—for she’s possibly been working against them….
