Diary format.
Excessive interest in fashion, clothes and outfits.
Not sure this is going to work for me, I might leave it for now and try another time.

Starts off in journal form, I believe the editing issues are purposeful to give it that journal feeling. The story jumps around going back and forth in her journal but then will state things that Mathilda couldn't know, making suspension of belief very difficult. Also had a tough time believing her suitors, who constantly disappeared, loved her or she loved them. Really struggled to finish this book.

I loved the dear diary feel. However, I do not like cliffhanger endings. Cant wait for the next installment. (

Ok, 1st of all, what the heck? This is not a stand alone, and now I have to wait for the rest for the next part. Usually Kristen doesn't do this, so was not expecting that! I'm also not a fan of love triange's and this books definitely hits that genre.
This is different from the rest of the books from this author, and not my favorite, but still enjoyed it and look forward to the rest of the story. I didn't really enjoy all the "ack"s, but really like Ash. Kristen's heroine's are usually more stronger, not quite so indecisive.

I wasn't, at first, enjoying the diary/journal way of telling the story but either (what I think) the writing got better or I got use to it.

This Series needs another book, please! It's been three years already! (
