"Little Owl loves many things. But he does not love his new scarf. It is itchy. It is too long. It is too orange. That's why Little Owl is doing his very best to lose his new scarf. Too bad Mommy is so good at finding it. But one day, even Mommy can't find the orange scarf. And that's when--together--Mommy and Little Owl come up with the best way to keep Little Owl warm. (And the orange scarf finds a new home, too.)"--Dust jacket.… (más)

Love Little Owl's expression when he's first forced to wear his orange scarf.

I liked that the problem felt familiar, but the resolution didn't. Pretty pictures.

Sorry, I can't love it. I'm just not a fan of orange.

Little Owl's Orange Scarf is an awesome book for all ages. I loved the illustrations. They were very straight to the point and looked like doodles more than full illustrations. I also loved the story. It was very well written and simple to follow. I especially liked how the author portrays Little Owl's distaste for his scarf. My favorite part was when it is revealed who he gave his scarf too. The main theme of the book is love. Little Owl's mom loved him enough to make him a scarf, and even more to make him a second scarf after he lost the first one. I would highly recommend this book to other people. ( )

Little Owl hates the new scarf his mom gave him. It's too long and scratchy and not right at all. Eventually it gets lost and Little Owl makes a new scarf with his mother. ( )
