The story is so-so, but it's over-the-topness and unabashed use of peanut butter won me over. ( )

1. Yay for superhero books with female protagonists.
2. Love that Gabby speaks Spanish and English.
3. This series would be great for reluctant readers and those who are resistant to read anything but comics... It's technically a chapter book, but has enough action, illustrations, and comics-style sequences to please avid comics readers. ( )
