She is called by a former friend who is in desperate need of a cat for her late husband's old Gordon Setter. So Alice takes Amanda to a local shelter where Amanda chooses a cat which the shelter says is difficult. The next day the cat is kidnapped and Amanda is murdered while dropping off a ransom for the cat. Alice begins the search for homes for the old dog and its new cat companion. However Alice is also on the search for Amanda's killer. This is #17 of this series. It was a cute light read of a few hours. The characters are thinly developed as was the plot. It was an ok read, but not a series I would spend more time upon. ( ) sin reseñas | añadir una reseña
