‘Obedient Slave’ made me smile almost from page one. The idea of giving a week’s service to a recently promoted resort employee is hilarious – having the sub who is giving himself want more and the Dom receiving the ‘gift’ resist because he thinks it isn’t real makes for a great setup and lots of suspense, not to forget the growing sexual tension between Drew and Matthew.

Drew is desperate to attract Matthew’s attention as more than a friend. He is not an experienced sub, but he wants to be dominated by the man who has just been promoted. Luckily, a long-standing tradition helps him come closer to what he wants. I loved his manoeuvres and the way he topped from below – all of which was needed to get through to the stubbornly resistant Matthew

Matthew is one stubborn character – but I have to admire his ability to resist temptation until he knows that things are right for both him and Drew. He has wanted more from his friend for a while, but is not willing t just ‘play’. He is very serious about D/s with Drew and the thought of playing for a week only to have to give it all up afterwards tortures him. His attempts to control himself are admirable – but I was very relieved when he finally gives in!

If you like reading about hot men with one of them trying to resists giving in and the other doing his best to make him give in to temptation, you will probably enjoy this story.
