( ) This level 3 beginning reader tells the story of twins, one of whom is bossy. Moffie is older than Morgie by 10 minutes, she likes to have things her way, and Morgie seems to be okay with that. Their mother overhears Moffie bossing Morgie around and tells her not to do that. Moffie decides that Morgie can be the boss for the day. However, even though Morgie is boss for the day, Moffie still manages to do everything she wants. This text is expressively illustrated which I think younger readers will enjoy. Any young sibling who has ever been bossed around by an older sibling will appreciate this story. Although there is some action in the book, it is mostly dialog, and some readers may lose interest in the storyline. There is a nice play on words, and it is interesting to read how Moffie is able to twist things around to make it seem like Morgan is really in charge. sin reseñas | añadir una reseña
