The beautiful and mysterious Katie Running returns to her South Dakota homeland to join a new breed of Sioux Indians, peaceful political activists ready to reclaim the same Black Hills that once belonged to their ancestors. But the more militant faction of the group has contrived a daring plot to blow up Mount Rushmore.
