This one is excellent on both counts! ( ![]() A lot of fun to read with my son. He is really good at making the story sound dramatic. A fun tale of siblings facing the nastiest of beasts and coming through. The detailed and amusing illustrations really add to the story. A great book for teaching sequencing a story. Now THIS is how you do a book about kids getting eaten: whole, in a gulp with their colouring book to play with inside till their sister rescues them, and then the monster who ate you gets eaten too (and that monster too, etc.) and I assume all get colouring books as well. This book tells that when Louis was eaten by Gulper, his sister Sarah tried to save Louis. However, there is a food chain, bigger monster ate smaller one. Finally, Sarah use a Hiccup frog to save her brother, and go back home. I would like to use this book in my teaching, because this book use many different words to describe different actions, and the theme of this book is very good. This book is good for 2nd and 3th readers to read. sin reseñas | añadir una reseña
When Louis gets eaten up by a Gulper, his big sister Sarah knows she has to act fast, and she sets off in hot pursuit. But rescuing a boy from a Gulper's tummy isn't so simple especially when other strange and scary creatures are looking for their dinner too..." No se han encontrado descripciones de biblioteca. |
