No one leaves the rainforest alive ... When the body of Hunter Gearhardt washes up on the banks of a season river in remote Peru, he has only an odd collection of rocks and feathers in his possession- and a golden headdress of indeterminate origin. Using these few clues, his grieving father launches an expedition into the rainforest to find out where and how is son died. Deep into the interior, the expedition discover a surviving offshoot of a primitive tribe, long thought to be extinct. And something infinitely more ancient and sinister.
