Life is hard and it is easy to skip over the enjoyment of what we are doing, to get lost in the rush to get it done. The author brings us back to the moment, seeing what we are doing now. He gently leads us to slowing down and just dealing with what is in front of us. The stories are wonderful he shares from his experiences. I found myself relaxing after just the fist chapter while struggling to complete a project. I tried to bring my"Beginners Mind" and found it worked ! Great book, easy to understand.
