Pablo has just turned five, and he can't wait to get to his grandfather, Lito's, house to see his special tree. Lito got the tree for Pablo as soon as Pablo's mother told Lito she was going to adopt a child. Each year on Pablo's birthday, Lito decorates Pablo's tree with special ornaments, instruments, birdcages, or other delights. Pablo's tree grows right along with Pablo, and symbolizes the love of his grandfather. A simple book which has a lovely rhythmic feeling narrative, bright pictures that make me want to look at them! At times the text felt a little clunky. ( ) This is about a boy that has a birthday and every year his birthday night be goes to his grandpas to stay the night. Every year his grandpa decorates a tree, and every year it is with different things. all the way there he is trying to guess what his grandpa decorated it with. He gets there and it is decorated with bells and chimes. Him and his grandpa sit under the tree and play with his new toys that he got for his birthday. sin reseñas | añadir una reseña
