Miss Fox notices that her class is cranky and not paying attention because they are asleep. She discovers that the reason they are behaving this way is because of lack of eating healty and excerising. she decides to eduacate her students on healty foods and excerising. The students don't like it at first, but once they start to participate they love. it. This is a great book to introduce students to excerising and eating healty. It would be fun to use some of the exercieses given in the book or allow students come up with their own. I would recommend this passage for K-2nd ( )
