Very enjoyable mystery with an engaging protagonist who lives in a trailer park and works two jobs to support her family. When her deadbeat ex is found near her home with a lawn flamingo through his chest, she must investigate to prove she didn't do it. The writer has great respect for his characters. ( )

One of the worst books I've read. At least if there was some setting/location detail it wouldn't have seemed like such a generic southern trailer park story. No substance, all stereotypes covered. ( )
