I've usually try and limit the amount of fluff I read. I guess I've become a book snob over the years. At times, I even hesitate to admit when I've read fluff, like I don't want to include it on my "read" list. However, I'll admit this: I went to the library yesterday specifically looking for a Megan Crane book because I wanted a quick read that was purely entertainment. I got exactly what I was looking for. Also, with the theme of the book being journey of discovery by a woman who lived her life to please everyone without thought to what made her happy, it gave me a lot to think about in respect to my own life. Note: if this book was a movie, it'd be rated-R for language and sexual content. ( )

I liked this book. I found Meredith's quest to find herself very relevant and believable. Scott was extremely hot but I wish there was more details around their relationship. ( )

This was not her best novel. It explored the same issues I've liked in the past, identity confusion, womens relationships, and of course a little romance. It just wasn't as interesting as the books I've read previously. ( )

Loved it!
Read it in one sitting.
A delightful read. Meredith is home taking care of her father after a traffic accident, and discovers her family and herself in this real warm-hearted book. Well written and touching. Proves that we all turn into teenagers when we go home, and that everyone really hated high school. Look forward to more from this author. ( )
