Small childrens type book released through The Project Guntenberg, author anonymous. Really more of an animated poem and stiff style, was cute though and the drawings a bit vintage. Won't put this one in the reading challenge - much too short - but read tonight and found cute. ( )

I particularly enjoyed the language in which this story was written. The included illustrations were also very creative. I could almost imagine just exactly how a house full of people would react to a mouse jumping out of a Christmas cake, and this story did not disappoint. ( )
