This is a wordless picture book. It is informational because the pictures are pictures from different eras in history. The only words in the book say what period the picture is and the date. The art in this book is all iol pastels. The content includes pictures from the colonial times. There is not a reading level because there are no words, but the pictures are probably good for third or fourth graders, I think students any younger would be bored looking at it. The curricular connection is history because the pictures are paintings from the colonial times.
