This was a very informative book. It did not contain information that I would consider to be too technical for audiences this book is catered to. I also found that it was not "dummied down," as i have seen with other books in relation to scientific topics. The author did use real life situations that children can relate to in an effort to help the reader understand many concepts. Many simple and eye appealing diagrams were demonstrated that made the general processes of the human body easy for a just below middle school and above student easy to understand.
The way that I could incorporate the book in a lesson is to introduce it along with many other books that provide other interpretations of the human body via diagram and ask the students in groups to compare and contrast the differences in them, following with discussions and white board demonstartions.
