Nameless is straightforward and direct in his dealings with people, which I liked. And he’s willing to bend the rules a little trying to find the truth. I liked the first half of the book during the investigation. Then Nameless discovers what the birth father has been up to and the rest of the book is Nameless tracking him down. Although exciting in parts, there wasn’t any mystery at that point. I still mostly enjoyed the story. ( )
