They aren't competitors for the Booker Prize or anything, but my kids all loved this series when they were early readers.

It was a nice book good for younger girls. Not hard to read and great for an easy, calming read under 100 pages. (

Two girls have a special relationship with the "fairies and fairy world" It seems that Jack Frost has his goblins steal special animals that are owned by the fairies. It is up to the two girls Rachel and Kirsty to help the fairies outsmart the goblins and get the special animals back. In this case, they help Ally to get her Dolphins back. I think this book is a great easy chapter book to introduce to 2-3 grade girls to get them interested in reading chapter books.
