Some of the acting was over the top for me. Especially with the chosen ones. I get that they are more refined than others but in dangerous situations the voice came off as over acting. Otherwise the narrator did a beautiful job of expressing so many characters. 4 Stars ( )

I am usually not into the sci-fi aspects in books and such. This one has added what I like into the book like no one but Jacquelyn Frank can do. I devoured this book as I have her others.

We are introduced to the Chosen Ones. A race that has powers, yet no one of middle age or older are around. I find that intriguing and wonder what more is in store for those Chosen Ones. ( )
