Descripción:
he University of Louisville Kentucky Author Forum is a non-profit, nationally-recognized literary event. It is dedicated to showcasing renowned authors and interviewers in the Louisville community. This candid, uninterrupted hour of conversation is taped by Kentucky's public television for national distribution, under the title “Great Conversations.” Kentucky Author Forum's “Great Conversations” is the only Louisville cultural event which is distributed to PBS member stations and airs throughout the country.

Founded by Mary Moss Greenebaum in 1996 with the support of the University of Louisville Foundation, the Kentucky Author Forum has grown in scope over more than a decade, and, along the way, welcomed two additional sponsors: Brown-Forman and The Humana Foundation.

Throughout our season distinguished author guests are paired with interviewers, both steeped in the subject at hand, for an always lively, often stunning, interview. A kind of magic happens in Louisville's Kentucky Center on a set created by Bittners: Designing for the Way You Live.
