- Descripción:
- The Southeast Regional Library is one of 19 locations in the Maricopa County Library District (MCLD). It opened in April, 1999. The Library is on the southeast corner of Guadalupe and Greenfield Road, adjacent to the Riparian Preserve at Water Ranch, a 110 acre park and wildlife preserve in the Town of Gilbert. The state-of-the-art, 66,000-sq. ft. facility offers over 170,700 materials in all formats, Internet accessible public computers, activity computers for children, public word processing computers, and programming for all ages. Come join us!
Each year, MCLD holds more than 6,500 free events for all ages. We run a summer reading program for more than 75,000 people, and an annual "food for fines" program that accepts non-perishable foods for local pantries in lieu of collecting overdue fines. We seek to inspire curiosity, to encourage discovery and exploration, and to help residents re-engage with their community. - Añadido Por
