- Hurstville City Museum & Gallery is dedicated to preserving the unique history of the St George region as well as working with the local community to develop interesting art and history exhibitions. Our collection of over 4000 items includes objects relating to local industries (timber getting equipment, brickworks and quarries, and Packham's Bakery), World War One and Two artefacts and memorabilia, a sugar art and cake decorating collection and a large sporting collection.
