For those of us who need to know before we read the book :P
I have been lucky enough to buy more Canadian books lately (You lot are a bad influence.. :) ). Would like to be able to tag these to a location if appropriate:
Two Against the Wilderness by Farley Mowat (Previously called Lost in the Barrens). I know it is set in the north, but a search has not turned up which territory(ies)?
edit: I did touchstone all theworks, but they are not present in the post, sorry.
Does anyone know which province The Vinyl Cafe is set? I am getting the feeling it is Ontario from the writing, but for some reason I had it in my head that it was Saskatchewan (Likely simply because that is where I am from originally).
Is King John of Canada set in a particular province? Am tempted to mark it Ontario.
A Dog Named Wolf by Erik Musterhjelm- also set up north, but where?
I think that is it for now.. may bother you again later :P If anyone else needs help placing their books will be happy to help out where I can :)
I did touchstone all the works, but they don't seem to show in the post, sorry.
Farley Mowat wrote about NWT but today it would be part of Nunavut.
Based on the reviews I read I would place King John of Canada in Ontario. http://www.editoreric.com/torontoreads/TR200712.html
